Elijah Lives!

As salaam alaikum,
Thank you dear Brother for your question. No, Minister Farrakhan's assertion that Elijah Muhammad lives is not a contradiction to the Holy Qur'an's teaching that "every soul will taste of death", sura 3: 184. Since the Honorable Elijah Muhammad is still alive, he has not yet met this unavoidable eventuality.

We believe that the Honorable Elijah Muhammad is the Christ, also known as The Messiah. The Holy Qur'an (sura 4: 157, 156) says very clearly about the Messiah,

"And for their saying: We have killed the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, the messenger of Allah, and they killed him not, nor did they cause his death on the cross, but he was made to appear to them as such. And certainily those who differ therin are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge about it, but only follow a conjecture, and they killed him not for certain: Nay, Allah exalted him in His presence. And Allah is ever Mighty, Wise."

The Bible speaks of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad's ordeal after February 1975 this way:

Revelation chapter 5: 1 - 7: And I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven seals. Then I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, "Who is worthy to open the scroll and to loose its seals?" And no one in heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll, or to look at it. So I wept much, because no one was found worthy to open and read the scroll, or to look at it. But one of the elders said to me, "Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals." And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth. Then He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne.

There are witnesses of His, Elijah, being alive. Minister Farrakhan received instructions from Him, the Messiah, in 1985; instructions that have guided the Nation of Islam through every peril since then. Minister Abdul Rahman Muhammad recounts that he heard the Honorable Elijah Muhammad tell him directly in his ear to "help Farrakhan", after the Minister began to rebuild the Nation.

You can call all of this faith or delusion if you want, but Minister Farrakhan's stance on this issue has borne and will continue to bear fruit. One of the proofs that a "theory" is true, is that its results are reproducible and predictive. Who could reproduce the Nation of Islam (the kingdom of Allah on Earth) but Allah? As Master Fard Muhammad built it, so too did Elijah Muhammad and now so too, Minister Farrakhan. Each man being backed by the Will of Allah. Each time the NOI resurged it has gotten stronger and stronger, fulfilling the prophesy of the unhewn stone:

Daniel 2: 34, 35 "You watched while a stone was cut out without hands, which struck the image on its feet of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces. Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were crushed together, and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors; the wind carried them away so that no trace of them was found. And the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth."

The instructions Minister Farrakhan received from the Honorable Elijah Muhammad warned of a war planned by the President and his Joint Chiefs of Staff against a Muslim Nation. On the strength of this information Minister Farrakhan warned Muammar Qadaffi of an attack by US forces and President Qadaffi was able to narrowly escape the most expensive assassination attempt in history! Predictive? Absolutely. And there are multiple layers in the instructions from the Living Elijah Muhammad. The war planned by the "President" extends all the way up to the current President. Hasn't the USA been embroiled in conflict with Muslims since Ronald Reagan? Did we put them up to it to verify our "mistaken" belief that Elijah lives?! No! And the war against Muslims includes the Nation of Islam as well. Is our "theory" reproducible? Yes, this has been demonstrated. Is our "theory" predictive? Yes, and the next thing you can expect, according to our "theory" is an all-out physical, aggressive attack against the Black people of America that will result in thousands and thousands of deaths, IF we do not heed Minister Farrakhan's warnings. (We've already seen some of this in the aftermath of "Katrina"; hurricane damage or exploded levees? do some research for yourself)

The Hadith of Muhammad (saws) predicts that the Mahdi would appear and that the Messiah would be with him in a subordinate position but with great power. If you believe that Master Fard Muhammad is the Mahdi, then you can see that the Honorable Elijah Muhammad is the accompanying Messiah. If you don't believe that Master Fard Muhammad is the Mahdi, then wait, we too are waiting. Lets just see what happens.
